Journeys is a non-profit organization based in Chicago that aims to provide shelter, stability, and resources to homeless individuals and those at risk of homelessness. Journeys’ offers services from basic needs,We are looking to redesign the current Journeys website to improve both the online presence of Journeys and the usability of the site by conducting heuristic evaluations and competitor analyses, as well as getting in contact with a member of the organization to better understand their brand and mission.
